St George’s Church Leeds is an evangelical charismatic Anglican church, with links to New Wine. We’re located a short walk away from the Uni campus and we have a student community focused on 'Being with God and Being Sent with God'.
Leeds is home to over 9 different universities/ high educational spaces, and we are so blessed that our student community reflects that diversity. We hope that you can find a home here in our student small groups, while being encouraged to share your faith with those you see during the week and get stuck in with serving in the wider church (kids, youth, homeless community, Farsi speaking community and beyond).
Student Activities
Weekly Student Night on Thursdays at 19:30, where we read the bible, worship and have discussions in student small groups over snacks.
Student teas is a meal you don't have to cook every Sunday at 17:00 before the evening service at 18:30. A space for community, games and to invite your friends.
Service Times
10:30 – a contemporary service of worship, teaching and ministry for all ages, including children and youth groups.
18:30 – an informal service with extended times of sung worship, ministry and teaching.
